Summary
The world has changed drastically in the past year and the need to stay abreast of laws and court decisions impacting your employees continues to be critical. This session will discuss the recent Supreme Court ruling on protections for sexual orientation and transgender status and other developments in equal employment laws such as drugs and disabilities as well as retaliation. Additionally, participants will receive a brief update on employment matters relating to the COVID-19 pandemic.
