Summary
This course gives Governing Board Officials and in depth look at how to handle issues that involve the media, public records retention and public access to them.

This is a Certified District Official component that needs to be completed as part of the certification process. Two CEU's will be awarded upon completion to individuals already certified in the CDO or Certified District Manager programs. Governing Board Officials wishing to enter the CDO program must have submitted an application and paid the registration fee prior to any credit being given.
